LA Net assisted the Los Angeles Veteran's Administration to design and integrated practice facilitation into its ongoing quality improvement work.

National Children's Study

LA Net served as a pilot organization for the National Children's Study, the largest public health study of its kind for children at the time.

LA Net served as a research partner for the Medication Adverse Event and Reporting study.

LA Net served as a research partner for the CAPTURE study of COPD screening in primary care.

Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI)

LA Net provided practice facilitation program design, management and staff to the LA DHS for the L.A. Care-led TCPI initiative.

First 5 Help me Grow

LA Net provided training to L.A. Care staff in support of First Five's Help me Grow initiative to improve developmental screening, suvelliance and referrals in primary care.

Southern California Academic Center of Excellence on Youth Violence Prevention Center

Dr. Knox served as the Co-PI for the CDC funded Center of Excellence for 10 years with Dr. Nancy Guerra.

Peers for Progress - Senior peer mentoring

LA Net served as co-investigator on the Peers for Progress project with Dr. Wilson Pace to introduce peer mentors into a managed Medicare system, WellMed.

Triple S Health Plan, Puerto Rico

LA Net assisted Triple S to assess the feasibility of an island-wide practice improvement facilitation program, and to design staff training.

Trinidad and Tobago Violence Prevention

LA Net provided support to the WHO to assess the feasibility of implementing Madres a Madres nationwide to support positive youth development, school readiness and violence prevention.
